What we collect
Only what you enter in the RSVP: your name, a contact detail, whether you are attending, and optional notes such as dietary needs, a plus-one name, a song request or a message.
Why we collect it
To plan the wedding: confirm numbers with the venue, cater for dietary needs, arrange the shuttle, and keep you updated.
Who can see it
Only the couple, through a private password-protected dashboard. There is no public guest list anywhere on this site.
Dietary details
Please share only what is necessary. Keep it to the allergy or requirement itself.
How long we keep it
Guest RSVP details are kept only until 19 February 2028, roughly ninety days after the wedding, then permanently removed.
Correcting or removing your details
Message the couple any time and they will update or delete your response.
We never sell your details
Your information is used for this wedding only. It is never sold or shared for marketing.
